To crowdy Fitness / pool area - no opening in the morning

Minule jsem ml pokoj u výtahu a bylo to příšerné. Tentokrát jsem měl pokoj úplně na kraji a bylo to naprosto fenomenální. Mám rád přístup Vašeho hotelu!

everything was great beyond expectations, the staff was outstanding, the hotel is super clean and provides all the necessary facilities and more. great value for money. The best breakfast buffet we ever had! two minor things - the room was very hot when we arrived, we could not cool it down easily. sometimes English language level of the staff could have been better - nothing dramatic though.

Friendly flexible staff going the extra mile to make your stay pleasant. My 12 year old daughter feels at home and the combination with the Spa/swimming pool is excellent for a father/daughter long weekend.

Positive: The staff was helpful and nice. I loved the breakfast. Lobby bar was nice and the bartender was classy there. Negative: the gym was hard to find and not open in the morning. The shower drain was not fully working. Fun fact: we had the same taxi driver three times when called from the hotel reception. Do they pin taxi drivers to customers in Ostrava?

I am always missing something in bathroom - vanity set, soap, etc. - reported few times. I would also like to be able to pay without VAT as I am registered VAT payer in my country.

Nice hotel, quiet, good breakfast, tram stop very close, just strange that you have to get to the reception at the 1 st floor without elevator...
Personal is very nice, mini bar was not chilled, pillowcases forgotten, the room and service was perfect (late check-out and ironing board), we will be back
